Kind greetings, quick service and personable. They have my best interest in mind.
Staff always friendly and helpful they go above and beyond lots of times by the time I enter the building they have my clothes ready because they saw me get out of my vehicle, that's what I call excellent customer service.

Pricing is too high
I'm not one to usually leave a review however I figured my experience may persuade someone to use this location. I dropped off 3 articles of clothing earlier this week, when I went to go pick up two items were perfect. Exactly what I wanted. My third item, not so much. It's an embroidered dress from Mexico that I'm wearing to an event and the neck part was just very frumpy (still) I expressed my concerns with Linda and Emma and let them know I wasn't satisfied. Great service and great prices and delivery too!
I have always used Comet Cleaners, I have always been very pleased. I would highly recommend them.
Courteous and efficient personnel at front desk and one important feature is that we get alerts when our clothes are ready for pick up. The clothes are cleaned nicely.
The only problem I ever have at the cleaners is they never apply the coupon price to my shirts. I always have to ask them for the coupon price. I always put the coupon on the bag of shirts I drop off.
