In your computer system and on our receipts it clearly states that all items are to be on a hanger including sweaters folded over the hanger. On my last visit (July 2014) some items were on hangers and two items were folded in a bag. The manager said "they" folded them. I showed him on the receipt our care instructions & he acknowledged them offering to send items back. I didn't have time to wait another day/return again so took my clothes home. I have been going to your store for years now. Recently, we got a new manager. Her name is Kayla. She is very friendly and is very good at customer service. She is our 5th or 6th manager in the last few years. I wish you would stop switching them as often as you do. I am happy with the product, although a few weeks ago I dropped off a brand new shirt, never been worn, and it was returned to me with stains. If Kayla hadn't been so great I may have been looking for a new cleaner.
Despite the personnel continually changing, I find that the customer service that I experience each and every time I visit is exceptional. I've never had a bad experience, from a customer service standpoint.
The best dry cleaner in terms of quality of service, friendliness of their employees, use of technology, and availability of 24 hour pickup and drop off and home delivery!
The service was outstanding once I was able to get in there. I went early on Thursday the 14th to get my items in before I had to head downtown. I arrived 10 min before they opened, then ended up leaving 15 min after they were supposed to open after no one was there to open the store. I believe this is a one time occurrence considering the level of professionalism once I was in the store the next day. Overall, great store and quality dry cleaning.
