Friendly and prompt. I like the on line communicaiton. Looking into having pick up / drop off at the office which I used in Ann Arbor. This service is more expensive than where I came from, but I don't see much competition. I appreciated that they followed the 'fold sweater on hanger' instructions the first time, and added tissue paper which is a nice touch. Eco friendly is great bonus.

In your computer system and on our receipts it clearly states that all items are to be on a hanger including sweaters folded over the hanger. On my last visit (July 2014) some items were on hangers and two items were folded in a bag. The manager said "they" folded them. I showed him on the receipt our care instructions & he acknowledged them offering to send items back. I didn't have time to wait another day/return again so took my clothes home. Always a joy to go into classic cleaners. The gals that work there are like friends.
I have been going to your store for years now. Recently, we got a new manager. Her name is Kayla. She is very friendly and is very good at customer service. She is our 5th or 6th manager in the last few years. I wish you would stop switching them as often as you do. I am happy with the product, although a few weeks ago I dropped off a brand new shirt, never been worn, and it was returned to me with stains. If Kayla hadn't been so great I may have been looking for a new cleaner.
Despite the personnel continually changing, I find that the customer service that I experience each and every time I visit is exceptional. I've never had a bad experience, from a customer service standpoint.
