In a nut shell... The lady at the counter was super friendly! She had a pretty smile and is someone I would like to have at my place of bussnes! However I got my dry cleaning home and once I got my blanket out of the bag it was still incredibly wrinkly ! I know it is a tricky item to clean but it was worse than when I brought it in! Great first time experience at classic cleaners! It's nice I have a local dry cleaners in downtown Indy! Had 2 dresses and several dress shirts dry cleaned and pressed. All turned out very nicely! Loved the email when my items were ready for pick up. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Great service, I will use again!

The employees were helpful setting up my account. The process of drop-off and pick-up were smooth and without issue. Light starch was done correctly. My clothes look very professional and there were no surprise stains. Thank you.
Friendly and prompt. I like the on line communicaiton. Looking into having pick up / drop off at the office which I used in Ann Arbor. This service is more expensive than where I came from, but I don't see much competition. I appreciated that they followed the 'fold sweater on hanger' instructions the first time, and added tissue paper which is a nice touch. Eco friendly is great bonus.
