I left very specific instructions for my husband's business shirts to be folded for an upcoming business trip and confirmed this with my route person. However, the shirts were returned on hangers and I am told the problem can not be corrected...
Pretty annoyed with my experience. I dropped off 2 comforters and was told the date of pickup for the following week. I got there to pick them up a day later than anticipated and was told that only 1 of them was ready for pickup, the other wouldn't be ready until the FOLLOWING week. I was confused because I hadn't gotten any notification of a change. I asked what the problem was and they said it was because there was too much dog hair and it had to get lint-rolled twice.
