Great pick-up and delivery service.
Classic Cleaners have been picking up and delivering our dry cleaning for several years now and we have never had any issues. They are there when scheduled and the dry cleaning is always clean, pressed and problem-free. I would highly recommend Classic Cleaners for the delivery dry cleaning services.
Came in seeking repair on side seam of pair of pants. Attendant was very personable and found cost of repair with timeframe. I put the pants in for repair. I wish the turnaround time would be shorter (10 days). Maybe that can be improved. Nice store , very bright and clean.
Everything was great. Really friendly staff
Absolutely terrible. Lost my jacket. Ruined the crease in my slacks. Clerk had an attitude the whole time. Still had to pay the full price for my laundry. Didn't give me a receipt. Was told to "check back Monday".
I was more than pleased with my first classic cleaners experience! it was quick and easy to drop off and pick up and they had my laundry done way sooner than expected when i got my laundry back it was clean folded nicely and looked like it had been ironed it was almost like i had a wife again lol :-) super happy with classic cleaners performance!!!
There was not a staff member at the counter when I walked in. She came from the back and wasn't very friendly. She wanted me in and out which I understand, but it would have been nice to see a personable attitude at the counter. She acted as if I was taking up her time.
