The delivery service is incredibly convenient. The cleaning is usually always well done. They are responsive whenever I call or email with an issue. my only complaint is that they do seem to be pretty hard on buttons - seems like I have at least a cracked if not broken or missing button on at least one shirt each week
I switched to Classic about four months ago. Love the drop off and pick up service, especially with my travel schedule. The bags over my folded dress shirts are a nice touch and help for throwing them in the suitcase. You can't beat their attention to detail - broken or missing buttons fixed without asking. Have never sent anything back because it wasn't clean. Can't imagine EVER going back to dropping off, (forgetting usually) to pick up my clothes or searching for the ever moving coupons again!
We have used Classic Cleaners since we moved to Carmel nearly 16 years ago. I have never been anything but COMPLETELY satisfied with the cleaning quality and the delivery service. Very happy!
