drove past three other Broad Ripple-area dry cleaners to get to Classic Cleaners - based on the recommendation of friends. Now I see why they give their business to Classic! The customer service is fantastic, the turnaround time is too ... and then to receive an email letting me know that my things are ready for pick-up...what a great business model! Thank you for providing a great service - we all have busy lives and the courtesy and effort is much appreciated.

Dependable and convenient. That's how I define Classic Cleaners. Ryan, our route driver, is always on-time and eager to provide excellent customer service. Discover a broken button after being cleaned? No problem. Not only will they dry clean the item for free again, but replace the button. They are all about retaining customers while providing top notch dry cleaning services.
Generally, we have been relatively happy with the service, although the driver never seems to make it to our house until the very end of his route, so sometimes comes during dinner. On Friday, we found that someone else's dry cleaning had been left at our house and ours had not. We called immediately on finding that and were told that the driver would be contacted and they would figure this out and call us back. We never received a call back. I have tried other less expensive cleaners over the years. They don't compare. Your quality and eye for detail is great. Good service... love the P/U and delivery.
