Cecelia at the downtown store saved me from mounting frustration as I tried to zip a recently dry-cleaned coat liner into the coat. I phoned the store where I had just picked up those items and explained my problem. Cecelia offered to help me if I could bring the liner and the coat to the store. I did, and it took her about 2 seconds to solve the problem -- a (second) very well-hidden zipper! Kudos to Cecelia for her great customer service!
