Friendly - great customer service.
I have always used Tuchman's but their locations are not as convenient as is yours. They have great coupons and pay-in-advance deals that really help off set the expense of dry cleaning. I will be evaluating the cost of Classic vs Tuchman's, taking into consideration the convenient location that you have to offer.
