Dry cleaning came back fast. Need some hemming work done on a few pairs of pants. Classic Cleaners had them back to me ahead of schedule and did good work.
Your establishment has really amazing employees! The two that really put a smile on my face during my recent stop were Ms. Kat and Mr. Mike. I visited the new Classic Cleaners in Noblesville (Store #13) off of Olivia Way. I was looking for a new cleaners after receiving some not so great service at a competitor. So, even though this location is not as close to my home, I was beyond impressed with the courtesy, kindness and enthusiasm from Theo upon my first visit to this store. I had been taking Dry Cleaning to another competitor. I saw an advertisement and realized that this location was more convenient. I went to drop off my 28 business shirts and the manager there was very genuine and willing to help me. She also told me about the promotions and actually saved me money! I really like the service! They also have a 24 hour pickup even after hours!
An all around good experience from the counter folks through the finished product.
Very welcoming environment. I pointed out a couple of stains on one garment. When I retrieved my clothing the attendant specifically addressed the quality of work related to the stains. Coupon motivating next order is a good idea.
