I had a large carpet cleaned and they did a terrific job of cleaning it! I love the pick up and drop off, great reminders via email weekly! Love it!
First time customer... Was initially hesitant to come here since I'm from out-of-town and don't know much about the area. However, I'm VERY pleased with the service I received. I actually live just west of Cincinnati and quality dry cleaning down here is virtually non-existent. Folks at the local Nordstrom referred me and I'm quite pleased with the job Classic did on two of my suits. I've never had pants look so crisp and neat! Clothes look great!
The two items I brought in were women's shirts. When I went to pick them up, when I returned home I noticed I had been billed for two jackets!!! I didn't bother to complain; I should have read the billing receipt while in the store. (Needless to say, I was disappointed in the pricing, but pleased with the work.)
