Fast, friendly service. As a new customer, I was impressed with how the people on duty when I dropped off and picked up my cleaning took time to welcome me and explain about the variety of services available.

It's great that you send email when items are ready for pick-up. Husband picked up our 2 rugs and was told by the gal that they were actually cheaper than originally quoted. However, we were still charged the higher price. I called the next day and was told by someone that they were reaching out the employee that handled our check-out and she would call us back. Husband also noticed he didn't get a receipt, either. So I am waiting for a call-back for explanation, as well as for the charge to show up on credit card so I can t... read more
