First time customer from out of town. Staff was helpful and friendly. Close were clean and nicely folder. I will definitely use again when I'm back in town.
Have not received my items back yet. I notice online that 1 was delivered on Dec 7 & the other was sup[posed to be delivered on Dec 8. I have seen neither one of them. I sent an email to you on Dec 9 & have had no response from it, just this feedback rtequest.
Excellent dry cleaning, great service on drop-off and pickup, and quick turnaround, but you sewed a button on to the back pocket of my trousers and in the process, sewed the pocket shut. I had to cut off the button to open the pocket, so I could put my wallet in it. I appreciate the effort, though!

This was my first time using the service. I gave my cell number and email and was told I would get notified when ready for pickup. Nothing ever came so I just dropped by after a few days and got my stuff.
Your team at the desk is super friendly. I talked with a young woman and her customer service level was amazing. My dress came back beautifully pressed and ready for pictures.
Always on time. Pick up at my door is so convenient. I am notified if there is a change of pick up due to holidays. I get emailed if there is any issue. I get a quick response if i have questions. Works for me.
