I am satisfied with the cleaning. It was a great experience and the staff was very friendly. There was a mistake made, since my directions were not to crease the jeans, but they were creased anyway. However, the cleaning services were great.
Clothes were cleaned well. Service at the counter and on phone were exceptionally friendly. The comic reminders to pick up my stuff was good.
Black lady at desk was very good at what she did and provided excellent customer service. My fur method cleaned coat looks like new, better than last time I had it cleaned. Parking a plus.
