Great service. Prices are so expensive that I may need to rethink your service, however. The location and personel are what keep me coming back, especially Cecilia.
I had my husband's suit pants cleaned and when I went into our storeroom where they are returned the pants had fallen of the hanger and were on the floor. I am not sure whose fault but I have them being cleaned again (not because of this) but because he got them dirty... Can you secure them better this time?
Michael is a great store manager. Please leave him in place at the College Avenue Store. Every time we get a good manager, they are moved.

I left clothes for pick up by Lacy Boyd for the last 3 weeks and he has never picked them up! I will try again tomorrow (Tues June 20). If he doesn't pick them up I am switching to Deerings. And even if he does pick them up, if he fails to pick up my clothes again I will switch to Deerings. I like the convenience of home pick up but if it never happens then there is no reason to continue with a failed service provider.
