Nicole in the past, and now Edie, manage the store on Hazel Dell. They are both terrific. My clothes are always finished well and ready as promised. You have stores everywhere I look so there are lots of locations I could use but the Hazel Dell store is right on my way home. I am very particular about having Extra Heavy Starch. Most laundries I have used in the past require regular reminders (if they ever get it right at all) - not you all. They are always done the way I like them. Thanks.

Good customer service! I'd like to know why my emailed invoice is different from the amount on the receipt when I pick up my dry cleaning. If there are extra charges, the customer should know or at the very least, the amounts should match.
Personable employees helped me, my clothes looked great and were willing to hang my pants how I like them with no argument or trouble. I greatly appreciate it.
I was so impressed with the customer service at Classic Cleaners. I need a few things dry cleaned quickly and they got the job done and were very nice and accommodating. I will absolutely be using them for dry cleaning needs in the future.
