Good cleaning, but a bit expensive
I had a wedding dress cleaned and I am happy with the service received. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made suggestions to improve the cleaning service. My dress was ready on the anticipated date, a staff member helped me get it in my car, and the price was reasonable. I have not yet taken the dress out of the plastic covering (the wedding is still a couple of months away) but I will soon.
It was my first time trying this cleaner. There was a lot of confusion around the pickup date, as two different people had issues. I went in to the store and my items were not ready. The items were ready by the time I needed them, but not when they originally told me to come in. I was given 50% off to compensate for this, so that was nice, but I will think twice about coming back.
We just love Michael, he runs between house and truck and is always friendly and happy.
Polite, professional and courteous.
Debbie (& her staff) is always taking great care of us & going the extra mile with problem solving & calling us to update us on our laundry status, etc. If something wasn't done correctly, she knows exactly how to fix it in a professional manner. We keep going to this location not only because of the quality of dry cleaning, but more so because of our relationship with Debbie & Beth. We are SO thankful to have Debbie managing our Classic Cleaners!
