great job with the clothes but we are still awaiting communication regarding our acct. we have had an act for home delivery for years and we have dropped items off from time to time at the store but this time when we went to the store there was evidently no record of our acct. i have emailed several times and no response all week aside from the communication snafus, the clothes are good
Worst experience ever, took my shorts in to be cleaned, and was returned with same stains as before. When I brought that up, she told me she was sorry and that I still had to pay. I got upset and she said she could to clean it again, but that she would have to send them away for another 2 days. This is the second time I have had a bad experience. I will never use your company again.

I liked the convenience of the service and the folding. i wish the prices had been explained more clearly prior to starting the service. i even went into a brick and mortar location to discuss this prior to initiating service, but prices still were not clearly detailed. for example, dress pants were drycleaned despite me just wanting them washed and folded. also, i will be doing my own white as i do not feel they were cleaned very well. stains were left untreated and i specifically stated that bleach could be used on them.
Love having this location in office park where I work. Pricing seemed expensive. Asked for pants to be creased & they were not creased.
Friendly people. Great turn-around time on my item. Clean premises. Good prices.
