I had two pair of pants that I could not get the cat hair out of. When I got the pants back, they were nicely pressed and most of the hair is gone, but a smattering was left. Also, I was told that the pants were $8.35 each to be cleaned, making a total of $16.70. I was charged $18.70. There was no explanation is to the extra two dollars. . But thank you for helping me get the majority out.
Everything worked out just fine. Item was ready ahead of schedule and the email notices were very helpful
