Great customer service, timely cleaning.
I told the attendant when I dropped off my down comforter that I wanted to use my $10 off coupon and she said I have to redeem it on the app and it would be applied when I picked it up. When I picked it up, the very same person told me I had to redeem it at drop off. So I ended up paying over $40 for the cleaning. I should have just bought a new one instead and saved the money.
I was the first customer to use the automatic retrieval system. Great job making me feel like I was your number one customer. Customer service was great. Will use you again.
