First time customer, very impressed with cleanliness of business and the fast and efficient service received.
Brought in a coat and asked that the the interior cuffs be checked as that was where the problem was. Where you turn back the cuffs and the beige inner lining shows is where there were slight rings on the crease. She said she would make a note and they would pay attention to that issue. Upon examining the coat, I found that the rings were still there and there was actually one area that almost looked like "tire tracks" from something rubber. Worse than when I brought it in. When I tried to pick up my jacket, the person trying to help me could not get the computer to tell us the cost. turns out when she asked me my last mane, my sons account came up with no balance due , even though my jacket was right there in front of us. So I had to make a second trip to pick up the jacket. They simply should ask the last and first name on the account. The cleaning was fine , thanks.
I am not sure how it could be better. Workers were friendly, helpful, and understanding. Cleaning was fast ang good under the circumstances.
The representative was exceptionally polite and cheerful....a thoughtful young person...very professional and courteous. The shirts I had done look very good. This was the first experience I have had with Classic Cleaners.

I was very pleased with the overall experience. I was referred by a co-worker and received a coupon for being a new customer. The customer service at drop off and pick up was very good. My garments looked like new, quality cleaning.
I really like the Tuesday specials, and the email when my order is ready.
Loved the mobile app experience! I clicked a button on the app to note I was on my way to pick up my items, and they were waiting for me at the door when I arrived. Also, the ability to pay through the app was convenient and easy.
