Clerk first thought that I had only 2 items; I had 3. Then clerk asked if I wanted to pickup 2 of the 3 items ... the 3rd item, an electric blanket, would not be ready until Monday. I said that none of my items was electric, so she changed the charge to non-electric. She brought out my items, and all 3 items were ready to go. She made more changes before ready to accept my credit card; from that point on all was OK.
Nice, friendly, pretty associate assisted me. Very courteous and professional. Answered my questions cheerfully and I had no problems with services rendered. Very pleased.

My first experience. Could not be happier
Well, My suit jacket had fallen into the bottom the garment bag and gotten wrinkled. I called to see if they could help as the big event was tonight. They said - we have an iron - bring it over. I took it right there - an hour later they called and told me it was ready.. It was in great shape!! Great Customer Service!
Spots were removed effectively and garment looked great.
