I inquired with classic cleaners as a first time customer through email on a Tuesday. One of the route managers Tom Mitrani promptly replied back with some coupon offers I inquired about and set me up for a pickup. On Wednesday I was supplied a bag right away and the pick up was done Thursday. I called to make sure my coupons were applied and talked to Kim who informed me that I had the option to pick up my clothes at a store close to me before my drop off on the following Monday. GREAT No Issues
Unfortunately I didn't check prior to leaving but I am missing my tan suit jacket. I had 3 suits and my wife's dress. So instead of getting 7 pieces I only got 6 back.
