I'm a first time customer and i must say. The facility is very clean and the associate was very pleasant. I will definitely be back!!
My first time using Classic Cleaners and my experience could have been better. One pair of my pants were double creased, which were a pair of pants I needed for a wedding and it could not be fixed until the next business day. I understand the process of outsourcing the dry cleaning but the effort was not there to attempt to get my pants corrected the same day as it was Friday and I needed them for the weekend nor anything else offered for the mistake.
