Service was GREAT. Fast (same day), shirts looked great, price was fair.

Very professional and quick
Frankly, my first time using Classic Cleaners was a disappointment. I dropped my suit off on Tuesday and was told to expect it after 5pm on Thursday. I received an email with the subject line "Your order is ready" but after waiting in line Thursday to pick it up, I was told the jacket was there but not the pants and I should come back after noon on Friday.
Great experience! Very friendly staff, and they did an amazing job on my white jacket that had been stained pretty badly. Thank you!

Well let's see where do I begin? Let's start with I only had 2 shirts and 2 pairs of pants to be cleaned and pressed. I wanted to PAY in ADVANCE (that is normal for some cleaners, not you apparently) The fact that it took 15min to have your clerk validate? (I'm not sure what was done) the 2 pants. Anyway the bill came to $15. I paid it. Imagine my surprise when I got your email and it said that I owed $23. I thought it was a mistake.
