This was the first time I have used this cleaner and I will not be back. Each pair of dress slacks that I had cleaned, came back with a double crease all the way down each leg. The dress shirts I also had cleaned came back with more wrinkles and creases in them, than when I dropped them off. I spent multiple hours on vacation with a steamer and iron to get the articles of clothing back to being suitable to wear. This was after spending $55 to avoid this waste of time while on vacation.
