Looked great, not too expensive, fast, friendly, convenient😃
Took a pair of slacks with salt stains from recent weather. Told it was not a problem to get these clean. Stains are still there. I was also overcharged the price noted for the Tuesday "special". Was told the pants were made with some material that cost more to clean; would have been nice to know when I brought the pants, not when I picked them up. These are not "special" slacks, I've gotten them cleaned at Tuckerman's with not extra fees. Unlikely I'll go back unfortunately.
Pants and sweater were nicely pressed and very clean

A small strap that was attached to my coat was lost yet I was still charged the full price for cleaning the coat.

The person taking in my item was helpful & it didn't take a long time for them to find my item when I went to pick it up. Also there were stains on the item & it looks like to me they were able to get them out completely.

Clothes were cleaned well. Service at the counter and on phone were exceptionally friendly. The comic reminders to pick up my stuff was good.
