Customer service was superb. Both the front desk staff and manager looked at my dress to ensure all staibs were identified. When it was returned to me it was as good as new!

I was referred by a co-worker, Greg Horton, and told that shirts would be about $2,00 on Wednesday, as that is what He pays. Miss Kat was not there when I went in, on Wednesday, 19 july 2017, the regional manager, April, was. She took My five shirts, 2 of which had to be dry-cleaned, and said that it would be ready the next day. I returned the next day, to be told by a different person that My shirts wouldn't be ready until Friday. great job with the clothes but we are still awaiting communication regarding our acct. we have had an act for home delivery for years and we have dropped items off from time to time at the store but this time when we went to the store there was evidently no record of our acct. i have emailed several times and no response all week aside from the communication snafus, the clothes are good

Kat is wonderful and is a terrific customer service rep! The price of cleaning was excessive. $43.50 to clean a comforter that we bought for $100? Yikes.
