I have been doing business with your establishment for years, I have never complained and never even taken in a coupon. I have paid your prices and spend approx $4000-$5000 per year. We have one item ruined that turned out to be a $350 hoodie of my sons. They kept trying to fix the problem and kept making it worse. Had a coat cleaned that had grease stains from a pizza on the left sleeve and front. Most spots were removed but one spot was missed.

The lady that met me when I came in for the first time was short with me and I was very impatient. I think her name tag said Her name was Danielle and that she was the manager. I was surprised at her impatience because my daughter has gone there for years and said she really liked the manager. My daughter told me that the manager she liked had retired.
The girl at the counter was nice but I had a coupon that was not honored. I didn’t realize the small print until I was getting ready to pick up my cleaning that I needed to present the coupon when I dropped off my items. The clerk said she would check with the manager and have her get back to me. That was on 11-30-19 and it is now Tuesday 12-3-19 and I haven’t heard back. I also felt the cleaning was a little over-priced.
Designer male suit came with all buttons ( mother of pearl) broken.
A shoe shine I could get at an airport does a better job and cost less
