I had a wedding dress cleaned. I have not removed it from the cleaning bag, but it looks perfect. The woman who waited on me was great...friendly and assuring me that the dress would come out beautifully.

Kat, the customer service person (or manager?) at the store on N Michigan Rd is wonderful. She called me after I dropped off my things to tell me that one of my pillows was ripped, and that another pillow could not be cleaned. I appreciated the personal attention. I don't have the name of the person who was there when I picked up on Friday evening 8/25 - but she was very helpful, too.
