Always nice and I love that they email me when my things are ready!
My visit included an email offer for 20% off my order on drycleaning. This is my regular drycleaner, and all went well from drop off to cleaning to billing and pickup. My only wish...when I receive a targeted offer such as this, and I am on a “specials day, such as $7.30 drycleaning on pants, that my /0% would be eligible off the specials price. Otherwise, not an outstanding deal, as in not much more of a deal than any other person who might show up on that day with drycleaning 🤷🏼♀️
Both women that I have encountered are exceptionally friendly and warm. The down comforter that was cleaned came out beautifully.
