I was greeted so warmly and friendly as if were walking into an old friend’s house. Lizzy was cheerful, personable, and professional (she counted my pieces twice, just to double check...it was a somewhat large order). And despite a slightly cumbersome credit card issue (she updated my card on-file) she was light hearted and pleasant. The overall experience reminded me that service with a smile is by no means dead. I usually use the valet service however, when I do come in during store hours I’m still greeted Warmly by name. Since I don’t usually come in when the store is opened that surprised me. Classic Cleaners is also conscious about calling if something is going to take longer than expected or they need to change their course of action. Overall, communication is great and they know their customers.
