$72.22 to clean 11 garments, mostly shirts. I have paid to much to long at City and I will not be back. $3.50 a shirt? Can get it done for half that!

The most of my dry cleaning was nice & neat but unfortunately I received one of my dress shirts with the cuff ripped.

Last 2 orders were bad. Shirts were stained AFTER I dropped them off. I always get XXX starch and the sleeves were terrible. The prices are getting too high for me to continue my use of City Cleaners. Will be going back to Herston's Cleaners

Took my husbands jeans in to get a new button put on them tell me they be ready in three days when I pick them up got them home all they did was clean them never replace the button took him back and approximately a month later after back-and-forth back-and-forth they’re not ready oh you’ll have to move thhe button they finally arrived yesterday and my husband pick them up yes they made it right by crediting us

I had a king comforter dry cleaned. It was very faded when I got it back. It is a custom comforter that cannot be duplicated. I am very disappointed.
It was very expensive, for sure! And I asked for a blue laundry bag, when I dropped off. Asked if I could have one, at pickup. Was told no.
work was fine, the price was outrageous.
Thirty dollars to dry clean a coat totally crazy. Looking for a different dry cleaner.
