Excellent customer service!
I use your facility here in Green all the employees here are amazing it’s almost like family you offer home delivery but I always decline I wouldn’t miss seeing and talking with the folks that work there they are very Helpful, respectful, and professional I have never had a bad experience with your company. Always nicely cleaned and pressed. Great staff that very helpful. I use them almost weekly and I am very satisfied. Great place for clothes!
When I dropped off my shirts I asked the attendant to note that one of my shirts ends up being dry cleaned rather than laundered -at double the laundry cost. She, the attendant agreed after after looking at the label that it could be laundered. I picked up my shirts last night to see that I was charged $7.98 for dry cleaning the shirt that we agreed would be laundered. This is the third time this has happened. I don’t trust your organization.

The email never opened entirely. The file seems to too large. All of the information you have is correct except for my birthday which is Feb. 27. I already told that to your employee when I picked up dry cleaning several weeks ago.
You called me about a shirt that had been ruined. Asked the value $80...I came in with more cleaning to drop off and the associate knew nothing about it and there weren't any notes in her system. I left and didn't drop off clothes. Very disappointing.

Brought in sweaters, don’t usually take sweaters to cleaners, but because of discount, I thought I would try you, picked up yesterday, you did a beautiful job!! I will be bringing back more , nice place, and the workers are very pleasant, which is important to me
