Pick up and delivery!! How good is that? Same days, same time every week. Friendly helpful service Love these people!@
Business response:
Hi Patti! We greatly appreciate your kind feedback. Thank you for choosing Carousel Cleaners and for using our free pick up and delivery service!
All my previous interactions have been perfect. The clothes have always been finished meticulously and the staff very polite. On this last occasion, there was a slight communication glitch. I had asked for all shirts to be hung not folded, but 2 out 7 shirts were folded. Not a huge problem but contrary to my instructions.
Business response:
Hi Jai. Thank you for your kind words and for your continued trust in us—we’re so glad to hear your past experiences have been consistently positive. We appreciate you pointing out the mix-up with your shirts. While it may have been a small detail, we understand how important consistency in preferences is. Thank you again for your feedback. We look forward to taking care of your items again soon. Thank you.

Business response:
Hi Anne. Thank you for your kind feedback. We greatly appreciate it!
A rocky start getting a phone call to follow up on my on-line query about your available service Following the pickup of my subsequent order, for some reason it was assumed I’d pick up the completed order. I wasn’t and it was never part of the original discussions. Two phone calls later, my shirts were delivered to my home. Hopefully the misunderstanding will disappear in the future
Business response:
Hi John. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re pleased the matter was resolved and that your shirts were delivered to your home. Our team did follow up to clarify the service details and ensure the order was completed correctly. From time to time, delivery and pickup preferences can be misunderstood if they are not clearly confirmed at the outset, which is why our team makes a point of confirming details whenever there is any uncertainty. Thank you.
