A rocky start getting a phone call to follow up on my on-line query about your available service Following the pickup of my subsequent order, for some reason it was assumed I’d pick up the completed order. I wasn’t and it was never part of the original discussions. Two phone calls later, my shirts were delivered to my home. Hopefully the misunderstanding will disappear in the future

Fantastic service, friendly staff and my duvet was sparkling, clean and fresh. I especially liked the carryout container. It was returned to me in and the tips from the lady about how to use those bags for storage. The pricing was great and I will continue to use them.

I have always took my clothes to west van location but when North Van opened up was really happy. Everyone is courteous. Since all my clothes are from India they always tell me the risk cleaning. Sarees. I appreciate that.

The service was incredible. I brought a black dress in for a funeral. The owner asked me about it and we had an amazing conversation. I felt that he understood my story and that alone would have been a positve experience. But then when he said he would take care of it, I didn't fully understand the extent of his kindness . It was an unusual and heatfelt experience. I felt comforted and grateful. It will always stay with me.❤🙏
