My experience with staff was good. But a little disappointed in the quality of what it looked like when I picked it up and looked at the wedding dress for the amount of money I paid for getting it cleaned it does not look like it was stemmed or pressed the netting on the dress is all wrinkled and just looks like nothing was done but cleaned it

I called to check if you did a 24 hour turnaround on a men’s dress shirt and you informed me you could. Dropped it off that afternoon and was told it would be ready the next day after five..... well it wasn’t! Didn’t even have the shirt on site. When you have an important interview and expected to have what was assured- anything short is very disappointing. People who request 24 hour service usually have to for an important reason! my wife had a dress dry cleaned that she wore to a wedding last year and when she finally removed it from the cover from Burke she noticed a large stain. Even though the dress was in the original cover with the tag, the lady at the store said that they would not address the stain because it had been too long since it was cleaned. She dropped my dry cleaning off because I asked her to, but neither of us will use your dry cleaning service again.

We would be happy to re-clean your wife's dress, I will say that sometimes when a stain is in a garment untreated for a long period of time it is more difficult to get out. From the moment I stepped in with my comforter and comforter I was treated cordially and with respect. I did not rea d the new coupon correctly and thought everthing was 25% off and it was for one item only. Both items turned out very well which made up for the price Miscommunication. It would be good to have your sales people explain the coupon because the Wording has changed.

Really not happy with the prices. Seems like every time I come there the prices get higher. 10.50 for same day for jeans is way to high. Also my jeans were done about medium to light starch. I’ll be going back to nuway and paying my 4.20 a pair.

Because we have many customers that like heavy starch we just this week installed a new starch pump and a higher grade liquid starch to really give a hard press. Wish I could give zero stars to this poorly run business. The new owner and upper management don’t communicate effectively, lie to customers and staff, and are overall very unprofessional.
