You charged us for a blazer cleaning rather than a shirt. It was a shirt, certainly not a blazer. Unfortunately when I called I was told we actually have to bring the shirt over for you to see, even though we have been long time customers. Very disappointing. I have no idea who waited on my husband.

Too expensive; never honored my agreement with Foothills Cleaners. Very disappointing. Will not be coming back-

Good service, friendly employees, I asked for heavy starch, got light starch and paid around 40% more than I do from the competition, didn’t quite get what I was looking for... That being said I will try your cleaners again for shirts or dry cleaning, we’ll see how it works out.

I asked for light starch and they dry cleaned my pants

Took over a week to complete 4 jeans.

I agree that one week is far to long and considering you dropped them off on Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving that you were informed that your order would not be completed until Tuesday December 3rd due to our plant and stores being closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving. Hello Burke! I was a regular user of your 20% off dry cleaning coupons which were formerly available through ValPak. I have a pile of dry cleaning I would like to bring to you, however I have not b/c I am missing my coupon! The new coupon program targeted at specific items like only coats is frustrating to me. I would like to use Burke, but the current targeted program has caused me to consider calling other dry cleaners and price shopping. Whoever took my order in did not spell my last name correct I told her it was Beaver just like the animal, spelled it to her and she still spelled it wrong. When I went in to pick up my order they kept telling me they did not have anything for me. It was finally found under a different spelling.

Had a dress hemmed...a normal above the knee dress and wanted to get done early they told me it would be half the price of the hemming on top of it it ... A lot of trouble getting it done early had to tell them three different times they finally got it there and it .ended it costing me $45 which I thought was in sane....Will not take anything else there were alterations
