Very friendly, prompt and efficient. The new trolley they use automatically delivers your clothing to the employee which is fascinating. No more prickly plastic labels. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

As usual, my clothes were returned in perfect condition. This time however, I was introduced to the new automated 24-hour drop-off and retrieval service. I think this is a brilliant idea and I greatly appreciate your associate showing me how to use it. Thanks!

The first time I used it worked great. The second time wasn’t too good. Actually had to go inside plus I had to come back so your personnel and could sort things out. Also, I mention to the the front representative that the speaker outside needed to be turned up a lot.
