The drop off and pick up were very easy. My clothes were ready when they told me and I liked that I received a text telling that my order was ready for pick. Their prices are higher than other cleaners.

Could be a little more price competitive for the Fort Collins market. Use Burke more because of location than value. Service at location is very good. Medium Starch is not medium...more like light starch and some shirts are better than others in each batch. Not consistent. Too many times dress shirts coming back with broken, cracked, or missing buttons. Again, for this price I would expect top shelf experience...

Chuck thank you for your feedback.I noticed that you do not have an email on file. That is where we send all of our monthly coupons. In fact we just ran one for 25% laundered shirts. Some of our coupons can be used more than once as well. We also have an online Burke app that has even more special promotions and discounts.
