There were several people in line at your dry cleaners. No problem. What is worrisome is that one of your clients told me to put my three sweaters in the blue bag which I did. However, there wasn't a place to put my name. Frustrating. Now I have three sweaters in a blue bag that is not identifiable.I know I am getting older and some of the in's and outs of doing things can be challenging. Gave them a blazer. It took only a day for it to be completed. Looks great. They put it on a good hanger. Great service from the folks at the counter.
II have used Burke Cleaners for quite a few years and can not recall ever having any kind of problem. I always have been greeted politely from the staff and get my text telling my order is ready to be picked up. Two thumbs up, great job!!!!
