I continue to ask for my pants to be creased to the waist. It’s hit or miss. This most recent job produced every pair creased half way up the pant leg. It looks pretty bad. Although I have been offered the chance to bring them back to try again, it’s inconvenient and misses the point. I would like to have it done correctly the first time. First time using this service in Burlington - I found them to be VERY expensive!! Took 3 Tommy Bahama short sleeve shirts in - one cost $5.00 and the other two $9.00. Really $9.00 for a shirt? Will not be using Burke's and I really miss Sickels Dry Cleaning in Burlington!

Some shirts were left when I moved out of state. Burke was kind enough to have them sent to my new address. Had to keep on the local store employees (would have definitely been a 5 star otherwise), but Burke management really stepped up!

Well over priced. I can not believe how ripped off I got. I have always had my dry cleaning done and nothing this expensive.

Laundry was fine. I called and asked when the Lemay store closed. I was told it closed at 7:00pm. I went there to drop the laundry off and the store was closed at 6:15. The hours on the door says it closes at 6:00. You should let the people who answer the phone know that.
