I picked you becauae of 24 hour pick up. Twice now i have come to get my items and the door has not worked. Someone called me the following day just to tell me "you need yo pull handle down really hard" came back again and did not work again. And I could not hear the guy on the ring. I am sure I know how to open a door and this one again did not work. I will have to leave work to get thewe items and will not be back. After the first time i was told they could be delivered. Brought four sweaters to be dry cleaned and two shrunk. Had to then have them stretched, came back and they were wrinkled and not stretched. Came back two more times and they were still not right. Asked for a refund on three occasions and was told the owner would contact me, which never happened. Then was told a refund check would be sent to me, which also never happened.

For the 2nd time in the last approx 3 months my order has been messed up. I have been going to this location for 6 years never a problem. I specifically asked for 24 hr turn around and it didnt happen. Causing stress and issues for me as it was the bulk of my work clothes. While I was given a $50 credit I believe I am due more compensation due the repeated issues and stress caused to me.

My cashmere sweater came back to me in a size that would fit a toddler and it was a woman’s small when I took it in! After 4 attempts to stretch the sweater I was done, and asked that a manager call me. Three months later I have not heard a thing from the cleaners. Do NOT take your clothes there as the employee told me my sweater was one of many that was shrunk. Very poor customer service

I received the wrong information on how the delivery service works at the Fort Collins South Lemay location - which is the main reason why I chose Burke Cleaners. I called the delivery phone number Monday morning to get clarification and nobody answered the phone until 4pm. Very unprofessional customer service both in-store and over the phone.

I continue to ask for my pants to be creased to the waist. It’s hit or miss. This most recent job produced every pair creased half way up the pant leg. It looks pretty bad. Although I have been offered the chance to bring them back to try again, it’s inconvenient and misses the point. I would like to have it done correctly the first time.
