Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. Brother's Cleaners is a great outfit (no punn intended :-) to do business with! The management and staff are incredibly friendly, their prices are very good, they acknowledge customer loyalty with coupons & special deals and they do a fantastic job!!! What more could you ask for from a dry cleaner?!?!?

Just letting you know that we don't have as much dry cleaning as we used to. I retired, so no more uniforms, and my husband is self-employed and has very little need for dress shirts, etc. If our driver would prefer, I could text or email him when I have a pickup saving him an unnecessary trip most weeks. The service is very good...we just don't have much to send in these days.
