Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. Brought a crumpled, dirty stored wool coat in for resuscitation.. didn't have high hopes for it. They fully cleaned and restored it to like new condition. Very helpful staff, very good results.
While I usually have a great experience with your service, I'm very disappointed to see the discount opportunities dwindle to nothing. When I started using your company, I was emailed a coupon to be used in a monthly basis with unlimited usage. Then it was limited to only once a month, and now it has gone away completely. I think your prices a re a bit high, especially because I do not take advantage of the "free" pick up and drop off service.
