Brought a crumpled, dirty stored wool coat in for resuscitation.. didn't have high hopes for it. They fully cleaned and restored it to like new condition. Very helpful staff, very good results.
While I usually have a great experience with your service, I'm very disappointed to see the discount opportunities dwindle to nothing. When I started using your company, I was emailed a coupon to be used in a monthly basis with unlimited usage. Then it was limited to only once a month, and now it has gone away completely.
