Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. Very good experience. Quality work & one of the women employees, Evelyn, is the one we generally deal with. She is very professional, helpful, and cooperative. Very rare today since it seems like most peopke do not know how to deal w/the public. So far have had nothing but positive experiences.
I do not get my shirts dry cleaned frequently. With that been said my shirts have never come back cleaner and in better shape tha. they did this time. The front staff are also very easy to work with and laugh at my jokes so that's an extra bonus. I will be a returning customer.
