Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. I hate having the cuffs of my shirts/blouses creased. For colored linen eventually it leaves discoloration. Brothers (besides Hilkers where I used to go before they ranked and lost 2 shirts with no reimbursement) is the only place that is mostly consistent with my request. Though even with tags on to NOT crease cuffs it is hit or miss. Don’t people read? Other than that, great job!
Clothes looked good. Spots were removed. However, “balls” on the side of the sweaters were not removed. I expected better looking sweaters.

You all are so incredibly nice! I love the notes from Larry and the fact that he sent his bio as part of the service. I have been getting dry cleaning done weekly for over a decade and this is the first time I have gotten such personal customer service. On top of all this, the clothes came back great!
I love having home pick-up, as I travel so much. I also love that I'm able to call our driver, Larry, if I need him to hold our clothes until we return so they don't hang on the door while we're gone. Great service!!
