Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. The pickup and service is the best.
My cleaning order is always professionally done. Any stains are treated and cleaned. I appreciate notification by email and text when my order is ready as well as the polite reminder if I don't pick it up in a timely manner!
I have no problems with Brothers cleaners. they are on time weekly, etc and clothes look professional when returned.
Love the convenience, wish for more p/u days each week. Wonderful job on my suits.

I am pleased with your work. However, I do not always receive the senior discount when I drop off or pick-up on Thursdays. I have a suggestion: Create a policy by which seniors age 72 or older can present proof of age, and receive the discount any day that we pick up.
Always go to brothers, somewhat disappointed that I don’t get any discounts anymore! Not AARP or teachers or just a frequent customer!
