L. Torres - I go to the Latham location. The employees there are always courteous and professional. The turn around time is always short and I appreciate getting a text letting me know my clothes are ready. Best is simply the best.
Scheduled pick up for the same day (Friday) and had our garments returned on Monday. Christina who assisted me both times is wonderful!

Typically excellent but two things: The blue dry cleaning bag wasn't returned with my cleaned clothes; I'd like to send shirts to be cleaned but you still have my dry cleaning bag. Second: I've asked before that my dry cleaning not be hung from the front door knocker: it's going to destroy the door knocker, scratch the front door, and likely pull the door knocker off. It's fine the shirts are hung from the flag mount.
Great service. Apparently there was a problem with my credit card for a charge of .01. I have contacted the credit card company. All information on my account is correct and there's no reason for the charge to be declined. I also questionned the amount that was on my receipt since I had a credit on my account but I think that's resolved based on the .01 charge to my card.

Just left Best Cleaners in Latham where Christina has again gone above and beyond to help me. I thought I had lost a favorite sweater and Christina took her time to look back on my other orders where she found the sweater had already been picked up. My carelessness was to blame but I have great appreciation for Best Cleaners and Christina for her patience and kindness. All is well, I have my beloved sweater and I am again very happy with Best Cleaners!

Your cleaning bag is WAY too big! Was OK before I needed a cane, but now the walk from my bldg to the clubhouse is almost impossible. Have been doing a lot of handwashing & hating it!!!
