I enjoyed your service but once you raised your prices, I checked around and found the same service around the corner for less money!

Elias- I am sorry that you are not happy with out prices. Our prices are made to be able to produce quality garments, while also keeping up with our current economy. If you have the Best Cleaners app or an email on file we do send out frequent coupons.

Will the normal hours or next day service be returning? How about seamstress service at the Loudonville location?

Hi Owen- our Loudonville location is open Monday- Friday 7am-7pm and Saturdays 8am- 4pm. If garments are dropped off before 2pm Monday-Thursday, then they will be ready the next day after 5pm. We do not have a seamstress on site in Loudonville however we do have them at our Glenville, Latham, and Delmar locations.

Good service for the most part. The Brown pair of dress pants that I sent to be cleaned came back with the clip broken where it clips the pants together at the belt line. They are supposedly in process of being fixed. I am looking forward to getting them back. Have a blessed day!
