Had some tailoring done. Shorten sleeves on a sport jacket and ahorten a pair of slacks. Work was completed promptly and the work was fine but I was charged $65 which I thought was a bit steep.
Customer Service is wonderful. My items were taken care of great! Will definitely be back.
The black lady (Martina or somethinglike that!) that worked late on 7/27 was super nice and helpful. As were the two girls on Saturday morning. I was in town from Tn for my dads funeral and they made this step of the process painless. Dry cleaning is dry cleaning for the most part but the service makes the difference. Keep up the good work.

I love Best Cleaners in Loudonville! Carmella is a wonderful tailor....her alterations are always perfect and her customer service is great. She really cares about her customers and their clothes....makes sure that garments fit perfectly and are beautifully cleaned and pressed. I enjoy going to Best Cleaners in Loudonville, always feel welcome and cared for. Carmella should be applauded and appreciated for her good work!
